US Integrity and Odds On Compliance Merge to Form Integrity Compliance 360
The merger of US Integrity (USI) and Odds On Compliance has resulted in the formation of Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360). The new entity is set to redefine industry standards through its suite of integrity monitoring, compliance advisory, and educational services.
Enhanced Product Offerings
IC360 will continue to offer and refine popular tools like the Integrity Monitoring dashboard and the PlayBookAI, an online repository of sports betting laws and regulations.
Another notable product, ProhiBet, will also remain a key component of their service offerings.
The leadership team at IC360, led by CEO Matt Holt and President Eric Frank, both of whom previously headed US Integrity and Odds On Compliance respectively, are committed to steering the newly merged entity towards a future where compliance and integrity are at the forefront of the sports betting industry.
Operational Synergy and Future Outlook
Prior to the merger, US Integrity and Odds On Compliance had collaborated on launching Secure Sports Solutions (S3), a joint venture aimed at offering cutting-edge compliance technology solutions. This successful collaboration laid the groundwork for the comprehensive integration of the two companies into IC360.
Scott Sadin, COO of IC360, highlights the merger as an extension of a journey towards setting industry benchmarks. “With a comprehensive suite of services and leveraging the collective expertise of U.S. Integrity and Odds On Compliance, this is an evolution of a journey dedicated to setting industry benchmarks and creating a one-stop-shop for integrity and compliance needs. Integrity Compliance 360 looks forward to a future marked by continued growth, impactful partnerships, and a steadfast dedication to the highest standards of integrity and compliance.”
“Our vision is clear: to help lead our industry forward on compliance and integrity standards, empowering our partners to raise the bar. We believe the IC360 brand represents just that. This is only the beginning of an exciting chapter for Integrity Compliance 360,” added Eric Frank, president of IC360, formerly CEO of Odds On Compliance.
