Scientific Games Appoints Amy Steinman as Chief Human Resources Officer
Scientific Games has appointed Amy Steinman as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and a member of the executive leadership team.
Steinman brings extensive experience in strategic and hands-on HR management to the global lottery company, which employs 3,000 people across 16 countries.
Background and Experience
Steinman joins Scientific Games after a 25-year tenure at Koch Industries, a privately held conglomerate with 120,000 employees and 11 operating companies.
At Koch, she most recently served as the executive responsible for integrating Infor, a newly acquired multi-tenant SaaS business. Her responsibilities included organizational design, talent development, and fostering a collaborative global culture.
Prior to that role, Steinman was the Business Transformation Change Management Executive, where she developed Koch’s change leadership approach for global digital and process transformation initiatives.
She has also held significant HR leadership positions at INVISTA and Georgia-Pacific.
Role and Responsibilities
As CHRO, Steinman will lead Scientific Games through its next phase of transformation, focusing on supporting government-regulated lotteries and partners on six continents.
She will oversee the company’s diverse HR functions, including cultural development, change management, compliance, operations, HRIS systems, manufacturing, compensation, benefits, and recruiting.
