SCCG Management and Centennial Gaming Systems Join Forces to Expand MOCHA Mobile Hospitality Platform
SCCG Management has announced a new partnership with Centennial Gaming Systems to take its MOCHA Mobile Hospitality Platform to casino floors around the world. The alliance links one of gaming’s most connected advisory firms with a tech company known for on-floor player services. Together they’re pushing a mobile toolset that lets casinos sign up, reward, and keep players without the usual friction.

Taking Player Service Beyond the Players’ Club
The MOCHA platform acts like a mobile console for casino staff. Using their own handheld devices, team members can sign up new guests anywhere on the floor, reprint player cards at a slot machine, and hand out comps or loyalty points instantly.
It also plugs directly into event management, point-of-sale and redemption systems, letting casinos handle enrollment and rewards in real time without adding expensive hardware.
The goal is to grow databases, boost repeat visits, and give players the feeling of instant service at every touchpoint.
Building a Global Network for MOCHA
Under the agreement, SCCG will open its network of operators, platform providers and tech partners to Centennial. That means MOCHA will be featured in operator proposals, onboarding sessions and technology briefings as SCCG promotes it across regulated markets.
“Centennial Gaming’s MOCHA platform represents a leap forward in mobile-enabled hospitality solutions,” said Stephen Crystal, SCCG’s founder and CEO. “We’re proud to support Centennial in expanding MOCHA’s global presence.”
Darryll Pleasant, owner of Centennial Gaming Systems, called SCCG “world-class” and said the deal will accelerate the platform’s growth worldwide.
Both companies frame the partnership as a way to give casinos practical tools to improve service operations, expand player databases and meet the fast-changing expectations of regulated gaming markets.
