SBC Announces Unified Gaming Summit for Americas in 2025
SBC has unveiled its newest venture, the SBC Summit Americas, which aims to consolidate the strengths of its previous regional events—SBC Summit North America and SBC Summit Latinoamérica—into a single, expansive platform.
Scheduled for May 13-15, 2025, this reimagined event will bring together the North American and Latin American gaming markets.
Why Fort Lauderdale?
The event will take place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, known for its Blue Wave-certified beaches and often referred to as the ‘Venice of America’.
This city was chosen not only for its scenic beauty but also for its strategic accessibility, offering direct flights from key hubs in Latin America, the US, and Europe.
The Broward County Convention Center, boasting 250,000 square feet of space, will host the summit, accommodating over 8,000 attendees and 300 exhibitors and sponsors.
Rasmus Sojmark, CEO and Founder of SBC, emphasized the significance of this merger, stating, “This marks a significant moment for all of us at SBC. When the size of your current venues becomes limiting and cannot meet the demands of the industry, you know it’s time for a change.” This sentiment highlights the rapid growth and evolving needs of the gaming industry, which the SBC Summit Americas aims to address.
Diverse Representation and Participation
The event is set to attract a wide array of participants, including over 3,200 operator representatives and 1,000 affiliate representatives.
It will also engage senior management from regulatory bodies, sports clubs, and suppliers in the payments, betting, and casino solutions sectors. This diverse representation ensures that the summit will cover a broad spectrum of topics and interests within the gaming industry.
To enhance the overall experience, SBC Summit Americas will include three specialized summits: the SBC Leaders Summit, Affiliate Leaders Summit, and Payment Expert Summit.
Those are designed to attract senior decision-makers, who typically make up 40% of attendees at SBC’s events. The conference will feature dedicated stages led by 400 regional experts, discussing key markets and topics within the sports betting and casino sectors, both online and land-based.
