PrizePicks Expands Peer-to-Peer Fantasy Sports in Delaware and Missouri
PrizePicks has secured licenses to operate in Delaware and Missouri, paving the way for its Arena peer-to-peer fantasy contest platform in both states.

Arena’s Peer-to-Peer Model Gains Traction
With a unique leaderboard-style format, Arena allows users to compete directly against one another for rewards. Participants are grouped based on experience and entry volume, creating a more personalized competitive environment.
Since Arena’s launch in January, over 20 million lineups have been created, demonstrating substantial engagement within the platform.
Regulatory Support and Strategic Expansion
PrizePicks CEO Mike Ybarra highlighted the positive collaboration with regulatory bodies. “We are proud that Arena has been approved in every state where it has been submitted. We’ve seen strong player adoption to date and we look forward to replicating our success in these new markets with a fun gaming experience. We’d like to extend our gratitude to the Delaware Division of Gaming Enforcement, the Delaware Lottery, and the Missouri Gaming Commission for their thoughtful collaboration,” he said.
Alongside its growth, PrizePicks is exploring potential mergers and acquisitions to strengthen its technological capabilities, working with Moelis & Co. to identify strategic opportunities. This push follows its announcement of a new 33,000-square-foot headquarters in Atlanta, expected to bring 1,000 jobs and a projected $25 million economic impact over seven years.
