PENN Entertainment has been named the industry leader in workplace inclusivity, securing the top spot in the latest All-Index report from the All-In Diversity Project. The report evaluates companies across the gaming industry based on their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Setting the Standard for DEI in Gaming
The All-Index report scores participating companies on a scale of 1 to 100, assessing their efforts in hiring practices, leadership development, workplace culture, and employee engagement.
This year’s rankings placed PENN Entertainment at the forefront, recognizing its strong commitment to inclusivity. Following close behind were Entain plc and International Game Technology (IGT), which also earned high marks for their DEI initiatives.
This year’s report expanded its scope to include a wider range of participants, such as regulators, independent consultants, regional market specialists, and businesses outside the gambling sector.
The new methodology accounts for factors like company size, regional context, and industry-specific challenges, offering a more accurate reflectionof diversity efforts across the gaming landscape.
