PDX Slots Launches in Michigan via Partnership with BetRivers
PDX Slots, an online casino content aggregator, has officially launched in Michigan through a partnership with Rush Street Interactive’s BetRivers brand.
After being awarded an online gaming supplier’s license by the Michigan Gaming Control Board in October, PDX Slots has now activated its remote gaming server in the state.
Integration and Features
The integration with BetRivers allows gaming operators and developers in Michigan to incorporate their games into the PDX Remote Gaming Server (RGS). This partnership not only includes real-money games but also extends PDX Slots’ presence into social gaming via BetRivers’ social casino platform.
PDX Slots provides various features to enhance gaming operations, including GLI-19 testing approval and game porting services, which enable the transformation of games to meet the requirements of legal online casino operators.
Statements from Leadership
Chris Housel, CEO of PDX Slots, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting its alignment with RSI’s player-centric approach. “RSI’s commitment to a superior player experience aligns perfectly with our mission to bring the most retentive content possible to operators,” Housel stated.
Richard Schwartz, CEO of RSI, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the quality-focused strategy of BetRivers. “We are excited to partner with PDX Slots, whose focus on delivering a select number of high-quality games perfectly aligns with our player-centric strategy at BetRivers. We believe in prioritizing quality over quantity, ensuring that our players have access to the best entertainment experiences available at both our real money and social gaming sites.”
PDX Slots had previously announced its preparation for the Michigan launch by collaborating with Internet Vikings for custom hosting solutions to support its U.S. entry.
Following the successful launch in Michigan, PDX Slots plans to expand into other key iGaming jurisdictions, including New Jersey and the Canadian province of Ontario.
