“Our collaboration with operators is designed to be both flexible and scalable”

In a conversation with Adam Davis, CRO of XGENIA, we explore how the company’s cutting-edge tools, like IGNITE and BLAZE, are streamlining game development, offering unprecedented efficiency for operators. With a growing list of clients and ambitious plans for scaling their products, XGENIA is set to disrupt the iGaming industry, proving that AI is not just a future possibility but an inevitable force shaping the sector today.

Based on the funds raised so far, how would you assess investors’ confidence in the use of AI for generating slots? Are they uncertain and cautious about this innovation in the market, or do they fully understand the potential of the solution?

Investors in the iGaming space have shown significant enthusiasm for XGENIA’s disruptive potential. They recognize that while AI-driven game development is still in its early stages, it’s seen as inevitable for the industry’s future. The progress we’ve made has attracted strong interest, and we’re about to close our seed round with solid engagement for our upcoming Series A.

This growing confidence reflects the tangible impact of our products, such as IGNITE, our AI-powered slot prototyping tool, and BLAZE, our AI-based math engine. Both tools streamline development workflows and bring unprecedented efficiency to XGENIA clients, positioning us as a pioneer in this evolving market.

At what stage of development is XGENIA currently? What significant milestones have been achieved, and what challenges still lie ahead?

XGENIA has made great strides with three flagship products: IGNITE, our rapid slot prototyping tool; MATCH, our style-matching feature, which allows clients to create games inspired by uploaded images; and BLAZE, which produces fully tested, ready-to-deploy math engines with customizable parameters like RTP and volatility.

We’ve already secured our first clients as well as multiple LOIs with major industry players, signaling strong early traction. The next challenge is scaling these products while continuing to enhance our AI models for faster development cycles, deeper personalization, and ensuring regulatory compliance across different jurisdictions.

Given the nature of your venture, how could your collaboration with operators potentially look?

Our collaboration with operators is designed to be both flexible and scalable. Clients can use IGNITE to generate an unlimited number of prototypes, allowing for free exploration of concepts without the traditional cost constraints associated with ideation and development.

They only pay for games they export for deployment, enabling rapid iteration without financial risk. Additionally, upcoming versions of BLAZE will be available as stand-alone solutions, allowing operators to integrate custom math engines directly into their workflows. Clients also retain exclusive usage rights to games deployed through our platform, ensuring they can maintain a unique and competitive portfolio of offerings.

What are the benefits for operators? Do you have any calculations that show the cost savings generated by using AI for slot creation?

Operators gain several key benefits from our AI-powered platform. The most immediate advantage is speed to market—what traditionally takes months can now be achieved in hours or even minutes. This acceleration enables operators to produce and deploy new titles rapidly, staying ahead of market trends. From a cost perspective, XGENIA allows operators to generate a higher volume of games at a fraction of the traditional cost.

For instance, with our tiered pricing model, operators can generate and deploy games at an annual cost significantly lower than what is traditionally required, while delivering far more content and in much shorter timeframes. This agility ultimately enhances profitability by allowing operators to not only amplify their game supply, but also to respond swiftly to player preferences and market shifts.

Do you have any additional products in the pipeline, or will the currently known products form the core of your offering?

While IGNITE, MATCH, and BLAZE form the current core of our offering, we are working on more advanced versions of these products. A next-generation version of BLAZE is in development, providing even deeper customization options and further reducing development time.

In addition, we are actively designing new AI-driven tools specifically tailored to the needs of the iGaming industry. These new solutions will complement our existing portfolio and will be announced soon as we continue to expand the boundaries of what AI can achieve in the iGaming space.

What’s next? Do you have specific milestones or checkpoints in place to ensure that everything is on track?

Our immediate focus is on the SBC Summit in Lisbon, where we’ve been selected as one of the five finalists in the SBC First Pitch Competition a key milestone for us. We’re excited to demonstrate our technology to a global audience. Following Lisbon, our next major goal is the release of a more advanced iteration of BLAZE, alongside other AI-powered products currently in development.

Additionally, we are expanding our partnerships with operators and strengthening our presence in key markets to ensure our growth aligns with our long-term development goals.

If you’re attending SBC Summit Lisbon, we welcome you to visit our stand at S120 or book a demo at our website.
