Mark Evenson Joins Michigan Gaming Control Board
Governor Gretchen Whitmer has appointed Mark Evenson to the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB), representing the Republican Party. His term began on September 10 and will run through December 31, 2026.
Experience in Governance and Community Service
Evenson currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Diversified Members Credit Union. He steps into the role previously held by Robert Anthony, a senior risk and quality partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, who recently resigned.
With a strong background in management and corporate finance, Evenson has spent four years on the board of directors for the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, including a term as chairman.
His commitment to community service is evident through his volunteer roles as a trustee with the Plymouth Canton Schools Educational Excellence Foundation and involvement with the Plymouth Community United Way.
