IGT Extends Partnership with Colorado Lottery Through 2032
International Game Technology (IGT) has successfully secured a contract extension with the Colorado Lottery, solidifying their partnership until at least July 12, 2032.
Advancements in Lottery Operations
This extension could potentially expand further with seven optional one-year additions. As part of the agreement, IGT Global Solutions Corporation, a subsidiary of IGT, will spearhead a technological upgrade for the Colorado Lottery by implementing their advanced Aurora central system, part of IGT’s comprehensive OMNIA integrated lottery solution.
This system is designed to provide a unified player view that will enhance the lottery’s product offerings and improve its marketing communications.
The aim is to create an omnichannel experience that integrates both retail and mobile interactions, providing a seamless experience for users across platforms.
Commitment to Modernization and Growth
Jay Gendron, COO of Global Lottery at IGT, expressed enthusiasm about the ongoing relationship with the Colorado Lottery. “IGT is thrilled to continue working with the Colorado Lottery and delivering high-performing products that will contribute to growing its business. OMNIA, along with the upgrades to retailer equipment and new mobile convenience app, will provide the Lottery with actionable data and tools to manage daily operations and offer players enhanced retail and mobile experiences,” said Gendron.
Tom Seaver, the Director of the Colorado Lottery, shared his optimism about the technological enhancements. “We are looking forward to replacing our current equipment with IGT’s most advanced technology, providing more convenient options for players and achieving continued sales growth and funding Colorado’s great outdoors,” he said.
