Holly Gagnon Takes Helm as Bragg’s Board Chair
Bragg Gaming Group appoints Holly Gagnon as Chair of its Board of Directors, leveraging her 30 years of gaming industry expertise to drive global growth.

A Seasoned Leader Steps Up
Bragg Gaming Group named Holly Gagnon as Chair of its Board of Directors, succeeding CEO Matevž Mazij, who remains a board member.
“Holly is an outstanding choice,” said Mazij, praising her three decades of gaming leadership. Gagnon, Lead Director since 2021, brings experience from Foxwoods, Caesars Entertainment, and MGM Resorts. Her appointment signals a push for governance and growth.
Gagnon, president of HGC Hospitality Gaming Consulting, has advised industry giants and lectured at the University of Massachusetts.
“I am honored to be appointed Chair of Bragg’s Board of Directors,” she said, eager to build on the company’s momentum.
Industry Expertise to Fuel Growth
With a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from Chaminade University, Gagnon is a Certified Public Accountant and a fellow at UNLV’s International Gaming Institute.
“Her wealth of gaming industry experience, strategic insights and passion for governance best practices will be tremendous assets,” Mazij said.
Her roles at Seneca Gaming and Pearl River Resort honed her operational chops,.
Mazij, who led Bragg’s transformation into a global iGaming player, will now zero in on operations as CEO. “It has been a privilege to serve as Chair and oversee the transformation of Bragg into a leading global iGaming provider,” he said.
His transition lets Gagnon handle board duties, freeing him to drive market expansion.
“I have the utmost confidence in the exceptional management team we have built,” Mazij added, noting Bragg’s tech edge. Gagnon’s governance expertise complements this, ensuring stakeholder value. “I look forward to working closely with the board and management,” she said.
