Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming welcomed Tim Kemp as Senior Vice President of Entertainment Marketing & Content.

A New Playmaker for Hard Rock

 “After eight seasons with the New York Jets, I’m excited to share that I’ve started a new role as the Senior Vice President of Entertainment Marketing & Content at Hard Rock International & Seminole Gaming,” Kemp announced on LinkedIn.

Reporting to Keith Sheldon, President of Entertainment and Brand Management, Kemp will drive entertainment revenue, ticket sales, and social media strategies.

Kemp’s role makes him a key player across Hard Rock’s hotels, casinos, and cafes. “I’m excited to help shape the next chapter of this iconic, global brand with limitless potential,” Kemp added.

From Jets to Hard Rock

Kemp brings a solid track record from eight seasons with the New York Jets, where he led marketing strategies that smashed revenue records and earned awards from the New York Emmys and Sports Business Journal.

“My time at the Jets was filled with meaningful growth, challenges, and most importantly, amazing friendships that will last a lifetime,” he said.

His work included launching new uniforms and steering HBO’s Hard Knocks in 2023.

Before the Jets, Kemp held roles at Barclays Center, Prudential Center, AEG, and the University of Memphis, sharpening his skills in content creation and fan engagement. He oversaw events like the MTV Video Music Awards and NCAA tournaments.

“I’m so proud of what we accomplished together and feel so grateful for my time working for my favorite National Football League (NFL) team,” Kemp noted.
