Pamela Buckley Joins Global Gaming Women
Global Gaming Women (GGW) has announced the appointment of Pamela Buckley as its new Executive Vice President. Buckley brings with her over two decades of leadership experience in the hotel and casino sectors, specializing in operations management, strategic program development, and team building.
Strengthening Leadership at GGW
In her new role, Pamela Buckley will oversee the strategic direction and leadership initiatives of Global Gaming Women. Working in close collaboration with current Executive Director Kelly Hatch, the duo is set to drive the organization’s mission of supporting and advancing women’s development in the global gaming industry.
Lauren Bates, GGW President & Board Chair, expressed enthusiasm about the appointment, stating, “Her wealth of experience in both leadership and gaming, coupled with her passion for community services and helping others, aligns perfectly with our vision for the future. A Proven Track Record in Gaming Leadership
Buckley’s career spans a tenure at top-tier organizations. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Casino VIP Services and Fontainebleau Rewards at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
There, she established and streamlined the casino’s VIP services and rewards programs, with a keen focus on enhancing customer loyalty and operational excellence.
Her 23 years at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. were marked by progressive leadership roles, including Director of VIP Operations and Director of Inside Sales.
Advocating for Women in Gaming
A lifelong resident of Las Vegas and a second-generation “casino kid,” Pamela’s personal history is deeply intertwined with the gaming industry.
Beyond her professional accolades, Pamela is a passionate advocate for community service, actively supporting organizations like Goodie Two-Shoes and Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada.
Reflecting on her career and new role, Pamela shared, “I am honored to join Global Gaming Women and look forward to supporting, inspiring, and influencing the development of women in the gaming industry. I have had some amazing mentors throughout my career, and I am excited to be able to pay it forward and help level the playing field for women across the globe in the gaming industry.”
