GGPoker and Triton Poker Announce Historic WSOP Paradise Festival

25.07.2024

GGPoker, the world’s largest poker room, and Triton Poker have revealed details of their collaboration for the second edition of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) winter tournament series, WSOP Paradise.

Comprehensive Tournament Offerings

The live poker festival is set to take place from December 6 to December 19, 2024, at Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas, featuring the largest guarantee in live poker tournament history.

Building on the success of its debut in 2023, this year’s WSOP Paradise festival will offer an extensive range of high-roller and super-high-roller tournaments, now curated with the expertise of GGPoker and Triton Poker.

The Triton Millions event, starting on December 7, is generating great anticipation. The tournament will feature a mix of invited players—often successful figures from business or entertainment—and their poker pro guests. Each pair will contribute $1,000,000 to the prize pool, with $500,000 per participant.

The centerpiece of WSOP Paradise will be the $25,000 buy-in No Limit Hold’em championship, boasting a historic $50,000,000 guarantee.

Daniel Negreanu, GGPoker Global Ambassador, expressed his enthusiasm: “This is one you can’t miss. There were a lot of learnings from year one and everything is going to be bigger and better. A $50 million guarantee in the Bahamas! Are these guys crazy?”

Andy Wong, CEO of Triton Series, added, “We are thrilled to showcase the Triton Series in the Bahamas for the first time, marking a significant milestone in our journey. This event brings us closer to North America, expanding our reach and allowing more poker enthusiasts to experience our unrivaled high-stakes format. Our partnership with GGPoker and WSOP further strengthens our commitment to delivering premier poker experiences. Hosting at the iconic Atlantis resort is an honor, as we set new benchmarks for poker tournaments and elevate the excitement and prestige of our events.”
