Former NJ Gaming Director Joins IC360 as Special Advisor
Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) has welcomed David L. Rebuck, former Director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, as a Special Advisor.

Pioneering Leadership in Gaming
With over a decade of experience at the helm of New Jersey’s gaming regulatory body, Rebuck played a pivotal role in shaping the state’s groundbreaking legalization and regulation of online gaming and sports betting.
Rebuck’s leadership was instrumental in making New Jersey a national leader in internet gaming and sports betting. His contributions include overseeing the launch of internet gaming in 2013 and playing a key role in the landmark 2018 Supreme Court decision that overturned the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA), paving the way for legal sports betting across the U.S.
Bringing Regulatory Expertise to IC360
Eric Frank, President of IC360, expressed enthusiasm about Rebuck’s appointment, noting the significant impact he had on the gaming industry during his tenure.“The Director’s efforts in transforming New Jersey’s gaming industry, especially in internet gaming and sports wagering, makes him an invaluable resource for the company and our clients. His deep regulatory expertise and forward-thinking approach will help IC360 continue to navigate the evolving landscape of gaming compliance” said Frank.
Rebuck added, “I am excited to join IC360 at a time when the gaming industry is evolving so rapidly. Having been on the regulatory side, I understand the challenges and complexities the industry faces. IC360’s mission to ensure compliance while supporting innovation is crucial for the industry’s continued growth, and I look forward to contributing my knowledge and experience to help navigate this complex landscape.”
