FanDuel Expands West Virginia Presence Through Delaware North Deal
FanDuel has struck a new agreement with Delaware North to bring online sports betting and iGaming to West Virginia through Mardi Gras Casino & Resort in Cross Lanes.

Partnership details
The collaboration ties FanDuel’s sportsbook and iGaming platforms with Delaware North’s hospitality and casino operations. Mardi Gras, located just outside Charleston, is already one of the state’s most visited properties.
Jonathan Edson, Senior Vice President of Business Development at FanDuel, said Delaware North’s reputation in gaming and hospitality makes the company “an ideal partner” as FanDuel strengthens its West Virginia footprint.
Lee Terfloth, Delaware North’s Chief Interactive Gaming Officer, called FanDuel “an incredible ally,” adding that the deal aligns with the company’s goal of delivering trusted and innovative experiences to its customers.
Broader footprint in the state
FanDuel already operates the sportsbook at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs. The new agreement with Mardi Gras gives the operator a second anchor in West Virginia’s regulated market, which allows both mobile sports betting and iGaming.
For Delaware North, the deal adds another digital layer to its long-running presence in the state. The company owns and operates both Mardi Gras and Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack, giving it established reach with local bettors.
