The company maintained profitability, with a 52% EBITDA margin, and EBITDA of €23 million, up 71% from last year. This is the 6th quarter in a row with over 50% profitability and shows EveryMatrix’s continued growth through acquisitions, new client launches and strengthening of the core business.
New Client Launches and Core Business Growth
Q3 revenue growth was mainly driven by a number of new client integrations, especially in sportsbook and casino. These two divisions were the main revenue drivers, fueled by market demand and strong products. Sports trading had a good run and sportsbook margins were high. With more clients and stronger performance in core business, EveryMatrix is well set for further growth.
EveryMatrix acquired FSB Technology and Fantasma Games to expand its market reach.
The FSB Technology acquisition has added 15% to EveryMatrix’s sports GGR and has accelerated client migration, with key operator BetGoodwin from the UK moving to EveryMatrix’s new technology stack. The acquisition has also doubled the OddsMatrix sportsbook trading and quantitative teams, strengthening the platform in the competitive sports betting space.
Fantasma Games added its portfolio of games to EveryMatrix’s library, available to over 250 operators in more than 50 countries. This acquisition has diversified EveryMatrix’s casino offering and expanded its presence in high growth markets like North America.
Record Casino and Sportsbook Performance
EveryMatrix’s core business performed well in Q3, showing the strength of the casino and sportsbook platforms.
Casino: Gross Gaming Revenue reached an all-time high of €709 million, up 53% from last year. Sportsbook: €1.5 billion turnover, up 87% from last year. GamMatrix processed 400,000 bets per minute at peak hours, 18% more than the previous quarter. EveryMatrix is scaling up and improving products.
In addition to revenue growth, EveryMatrix achieved several product and award milestones in Q3. PartnerMatrix and PartnerMatrix Intelligence were launched, bringing advanced affiliate management and analytics to the clients. LoyaltyEngine added value by rewarding players with tailored offers. EveryMatrix won “Omnichannel Provider of the Year” at both SBC Awards and Starlet Awards.
The company also launched its “Heroes Academy”, a development program to develop talent and drive innovation within the company. This focus on product and employee growth shows EveryMatrix is committed to stay ahead of the iGaming technology curve.
