ESPN BET to Launch ‘FanCenter’ Feature, Directly Integrating Fantasy Rosters with Betting
PENN Entertainment is launching a new personalized hub within its ESPN BET app called FanCenter. The new feature will directly link users’ ESPN fantasy football rosters and favorite teams to the sportsbook, creating a deeply integrated experience just in time for football season.

The Ultimate Personalized Betting Hub
The new FanCenter is designed to be a one-stop shop for personalized wagers. By linking their ESPN and ESPN BET accounts, users will see a curated “For You” page with player props, game markets, and custom parlays tailored to their specific interests. The feature uses data from a player’s ESPN App favorites, fantasy rosters, and wagering history to suggest relevant bets.
“FanCenter introduces a completely new level of personalization for ESPN BET players and represents our biggest product leap yet,” said Aaron LaBerge, Chief Technology Officer at PENN Entertainment. “It taps into our players’ fandom in smart, creative ways while connecting seamlessly with ESPN’s industry-leading fantasy football platform.”
A core component of the new feature is the “Fantasy Bet Builder.” This tool will highlight betting markets that directly correlate with a user’s own ESPN Fantasy roster, allowing them to back their squad with just a few taps. This is a direct play to convert the more than 13 million people who play ESPN Fantasy Football each year.
“FanCenter is the perfect combination of fandom, fantasy and personalized betting all wrapped into the ESPN BET betting experience,” said Mike Morrison, Vice President of ESPN BET and ESPN Fantasy. “FanCenter showcases how we can serve fans across our platforms in a way that nobody else in the market can because of our industry-leading ESPN Fantasy platform.”
A Deep and Seamless Integration
The integration between the two platforms goes both ways. In addition to the new features within the sportsbook app, the ESPN Fantasy app will now include a “Find a Bet” icon. This will allow fantasy players to view markets related to their roster and add selections directly to their ESPN BET slip.
FanCenter will also be integrated with ESPN BET’s existing player insights feature, allowing users to quickly browse recent stats and trends to inform their prop betting selections. The hub will also provide quick access to view current promotions and rewards from the Mint Club loyalty program.
