Bragg Gaming Sets Sights on Double-Digit Growth in 2025

30.01.2025

Bragg Gaming Group is preparing for a major expansion. The global B2B iGaming provider has released its preliminary 2024 financial results and 2025 growth projections, expecting double-digit increases in revenue and Adjusted EBITDA.

Solid 2024 Performance Sets the Stage

Bragg projects at least €102 million in revenue for 2024, marking a 9% increase from €93.5 million in 2023. Adjusted EBITDA should reach €15.4 million, reflecting 1% growth over last year. While these gains are steady, 2025 is set to bring even stronger results.

Ambitious Goals for 2025

Bragg expects to achieve:

  • Revenue between €117.5M and €123M
  • Adjusted EBITDA between €19M and €21.5M, driven by high-margin products

Several key strategies will fuel these improvements.

“I am pleased with where we believe 2024 results will land and very excited about the strong growth trajectory outlined in our 2025 guidance,” said Matevž Mazij, CEO of Bragg. “Our strategic investments in proprietary and exclusive content as well as various Data, Player journey and AI enhanced engagement features, are expected to drive our growth in 2025.”

Strategic Growth Initiatives

Bragg plans to increase revenue share from its own exclusive content, reducing dependence on third-party providers. The company expects this shift to improve profitability.

Additionally, Bragg forecasts significant revenue growth from Brazil and the US markets.

Brazil: Bragg aims to expand its exclusive content and aggregation business in Brazil’s $1.5B iGaming market, which is projected to grow to $3.3B by 2029.

United States: Bragg’s content is accessible to over 90% of the U.S. iGaming market through partnerships with DraftKings, FanDuel, Rush Street, Caesars, and BetMGM. A recent technology and content partnership with Caesars is expected to strengthen its U.S. position.

“By focusing on margin-accretive products, we are well-positioned to boost both revenue and profitability while pursuing opportunities in key markets such as Brazil and the United States,” said Mazij.

Bragg is also working to increase content distribution in Italy, the UK, Spain, and Sweden. The company also plans to grow exclusive content distribution in Germany and the Czech Republic through partnerships with Gamomat and King Show Games.

Technology & AI Enhancements

Bragg is integrating FUZE™ technology, which provides bonuses, jackpots, and engagement tools across all gaming products. The company is also leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance player experiences and operator profitability.

The company expects its Player Account Management (PAM) business to remain stable despite regulatory changes in the Netherlands.
