Helderman’s Impressive Track Record

Helderman’s no stranger to high-stakes roles. He was CFO at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a $1 billion luxury resort, where he ran accounting, IT, and procurement, earning a Key Executive license from the Nevada Gaming Commission.

Before that, he served as CFO for Bluberi Gaming, modernizing financial systems, and The Brennan Entities, boosting liquidity during growth spurts.

He also turned heads as President & CEO of Goodwill Industries of Southern Nevada, flipping a struggling nonprofit into a cash machine with a tenfold income jump.

His earlier gigs at Caesars Entertainment, including Vice President of Finance and Capital Planning, saw him manage budgets for Las Vegas Strip giants.

“He has a strong track record of aligning financial strategy with organizational growth and creating value across complex, multi-entity businesses,” Storm noted.
