Betr Set to Launch New Sportsbook Ahead of 2024 NFL Season

Since its inception, Betr has quickly expanded its product lineup. The company first introduced a micro betting app that allowed users to place wagers on various in-game events.

Following this, Betr launched Betr Picks, a daily fantasy sports contest platform. These products, combined with a strong focus on social media engagement and viral content, aim to attract a broad audience looking for an alternative to traditional sports betting.

Strategic Expansion and Testing Phases

Betr has already begun testing its sportsbook platform in Ohio and Virginia through a beta version. The company plans to officially roll out the platform in additional states, including Indiana, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Kentucky, and Maryland.

Betr’s CEO Joey Levy emphasized a cautious and deliberate approach to expansion, focusing on achieving profitability in each state before further extending their reach.

He stated, “We’re going to methodically roll out the sportsbook platform in a manner where we’re looking to get to profitability on a state-by-state basis, ensuring we can cover operating expenses and minimum guarantees in each of these states before expanding further.”
