BetMGM Launches New Football Season Ad Campaign with Jamie Foxx

BetMGM is launching a new ad campaign for the football season featuring Academy Award-winner Jamie Foxx. The campaign, directed by Brian Billow and filmed in Los Angeles, highlights Foxx’s comedic talents through a series of character impersonations.

Foxx Stars in Multi-Character Commercial Series

These commercials emphasize BetMGM’s brand identity, which is deeply tied to its Las Vegas origins, its focus on hospitality, and its commitment to customer satisfaction.

The ads will air nationwide during prime-time television and across multiple platforms throughout the season.

“I always love creating fun content with my BetMGM family when football season comes around,” said Foxx. “We had a blast filming these spots and showing the swagger of BetMGM.”

Highlighting Premier Customer Experiences

The first ad in the series, titled Anthem, features Foxx portraying several characters experiencing the highs and lows of game day. Through these varied personas, the commercial illustrates how BetMGM rewards its customers with real-world perks, such as hotel suites, and other benefits redeemable through its rewards program.

The ad also spotlights BetMGM’s exclusive connections with MGM Resorts International and Marriott Bonvoy, showcasing how the operator provides a premier experience beyond just sports betting.

In the second commercial, Foxx takes on the role of a sportscaster, explaining BetMGM’s new Second Chance promotion. The promotion offers bettors a unique opportunity to win back their wager in cash if their chosen player scores the second touchdown after initially missing the first. Foxx’s multiple characters humorously discuss the possibilities of this new offer, which is exclusive to BetMGM for the football season.

A third spot, titled Feel Welcome, promotes BetMGM’s special offer for new customers. The ad highlights how new bettors can earn up to $1,500 in bonus bets if their first bet loses. This promotion, however, is not available in Nevada, Puerto Rico, or Ontario, and the bonus bets must be used within seven days.
