BETER Expands Fast-Betting Content to Indiana and Iowa
BETER, a supplier of fast-betting content, successfully secured regulatory approval to launch its exclusive products in Indiana and Iowa. The approvals, granted by the Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) and the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission (IRGC), respectively, allow BETER to provide its live streams and data to licensed operators in both states.

This expansion brings the company’s fast-paced content, particularly the Setka Cup table tennis series, to local bettors for the first time.
Content System Targets US Fast-Betting Demand
The regulatory clearances are a key step in BETER’s ambitious US expansion strategy. The Setka Cup tournaments are already live in both states through a deal with bet365, a tier-one operator that previously launched BETER’s content in Colorado and New Jersey earlier in 2025.
BETER’s content delivery system provides round-the-clock live streaming, real-time data, and highly accurate odds for approximately 700,000 fast-paced events annually. These events cover a diverse portfolio of sports and esports disciplines. Each event offers up to 50 betting markets and an average operator margin exceeding 7.5%.
The company’s sports content includes the Setka Cup, the BSKT Cup basketball league, Padel tennis, and official global cricket coverage. Its esports offerings feature ESportsBattle tournaments, which include eFootball, eBasketball, eHockey, and eTennis.
Regulatory Compliance and Future Expansion
BETER’s leadership confirmed the approvals underscore the company’s focus on legal compliance and product quality in regulated markets.
Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, stressed the importance of the new approvals:
“Securing approvals in Indiana and Iowa marks another important milestone in our expansion across the US, a market where we are already seeing strong demand for our fast-betting content, particularly the Setka Cup.”
“Receiving approval from such respected regulators is a testament to the quality of our products and the dedication of our teams, especially in the areas of legal compliance, integrity, and transparency.”
The company’s Chief Legal Officer, Valeriia Tarchynska, highlighted the team’s efficiency in the regulatory process and outlined future plans:
“Gaining approvals in Indiana and Iowa represents another step forward in our broader US strategy and highlights the efficiency and expertise of our legal team in navigating complex regulatory frameworks.”
Tarchynska confirmed BETER would continue to streamline applications, leveraging its experience as it expands into key states:
“We’ll continue leveraging this knowledge to further streamline future applications as we expand into key states, including North Carolina, Arizona, Ohio and beyond.”
