Aristocrat Interactive Secures Partnership with Kentucky Lottery
Aristocrat Interactive has solidified its position in the US iLottery market by entering a five-year agreement with IGT Global Solutions Corporation (IGT). The partnership will bring NeoGames Studio’s premium content to Kentucky Lottery players starting in 2025.
Strategic Insights for the Kentucky Market
The collaboration is backed by Aristocrat Interactive’s market-specific launch strategy, ensuring the content resonates with Kentucky Lottery’s audience.
Integration with IGT, the state’s iLottery systems provider, will enable seamless access to NeoGames Studio’s cutting-edge eInstant games, celebrated for their artistry and performance. For over two decades, NeoGames has delivered award-winning digital experiences, earning global recognition.
Mary Harville, Kentucky Lottery’s President and CEO, emphasized the importance of innovation: “The Kentucky Lottery is constantly looking for innovative ways to provide our players fun and exciting experiences in everything we do. This opportunity with Aristocrat Interactive will allow us to continue to engage our players and help us meet our mission to fund scholarships and grants for Kentucky college students and families all across the Commonwealth.”
Chris Shaban, Managing Director of Aristocrat Interactive iLottery, shared similar enthusiasm: “We are excited and proud to be able to bring our premium eInstant games to a large new market of players and are confident that this deal will be a win-win for all stakeholders.”
Supporting Kentucky’s Educational Mission
Since its inception, the Kentucky Lottery has significantly contributed to educational funding, generating over $5 billion for scholarships and grants. This collaboration aligns with their ongoing commitment to supporting students and families across the state.
Aristocrat Interactive’s deal with the Kentucky Lottery is part of a broader expansion strategy. The company has successfully established its footprint in eight U.S. lottery markets, including partnerships with Georgia and Pennsylvania lotteries.
The partnership is further bolstered by Aristocrat Leisure Limited’s acquisition of Neo Group Ltd. for $1.2 billion. Completed in April 2024, the deal valued Neo at $29.50 per share, reflecting the strategic importance of Neo’s technological expertise in iLottery and iGaming.
