Accel Entertainment Expands Nevada Footprint with Dynasty Games Acquisition
Accel Entertainment continues to consolidate its position in the American local gaming sector. The company announced today that its subsidiary, Century Gaming Technologies Nevada, has acquired the route operation assets of Dynasty Games.

While the company did not disclose the specific financial terms, leadership projects the deal will positively impact financial results beginning in 2026.
Scaling the Northern Route
The acquisition immediately integrates approximately 123 electronic gaming terminals into Accel’s fleet. These machines are distributed across 20 active commercial locations, with two additional sites currently awaiting regulatory approval.
This move extends Accel’s geographic reach into several new municipalities.
The operator will now service establishments in Gardnerville, Verdi, Dayton, Fernley, Stagecoach, and Sun Valley. These additions function as a strategic extension of Accel’s existing stronghold in major regional hubs.
Prior to this deal, the company already maintained a significant presence in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and Elko.
As of September 30, 2025, Accel’s Nevada division managed 2,757 gaming terminals across 370 locations. By linking these networks, Accel claims to now operate the most comprehensive route coverage in the state.
Operational Strategy and Integration
The transfer of assets involves more than just hardware. Accel intends to apply its proprietary operational model to the legacy Dynasty Games locations.
This includes the implementation of advanced data analytics to monitor machine performance and player behavior.
A central element of this upgrade is the introduction of the “Gamblers Bonus® Loyalty Program.” This system creates a structured reward loop for players, designed to drive higher engagement and retention at partner venues.
The company views this technology stack as a primary driver for incremental growth in the acquired locations over the next few years.
Leadership Perspectives
Andy Rubenstein, CEO of Accel Entertainment, described the transaction as a vital step in the company’s state-level strategy.
He emphasized that the deal combines Dynasty’s long-standing local relationships with Accel’s operational scale. According to Rubenstein, this merged footprint offers a distinct competitive advantage for future location development.
Roger Fuller, owner of Dynasty Games, noted that finding the right successor for his business was a priority after 30 years in the industry.
He pointed to Century Gaming’s reputation for customer care as the deciding factor, ensuring that existing clients would receive consistent service during the transition.
Company Profile and Recent Moves
Accel Entertainment specializes in “distributed gaming,” operating slot machines and amusement devices in non-casino locations such as bars, restaurants, truck stops, and fraternal organizations.
The company currently supports over 28,000 terminals across more than 4,500 locations in ten states.
The acquisition of Dynasty Games follows other expansion efforts by Accel in 2025.
In April, the company opened Fairmount Park – Casino & Racing. This venue, which operates as a “racino,” features a sportsbook, thoroughbred horse racing, and over 270 electronic gaming machines, diversifying Accel’s portfolio beyond third-party route operations.
