Aaron LaBerge Joins Penn Entertainment as Chief Technology Officer

This decision awaits customary regulatory approvals, but once confirmed, LaBerge will play a crucial role in steering Penn Entertainment’s technological and interactive strategies forward.

Aaron LaBerge brings an extensive track record from The Walt Disney Company, where he impacted technology and product development in media.
His experience spans over two decades, including a notable tenure as the President & Chief Technology Officer for Disney Entertainment and ESPN.
At Disney, LaBerge was instrumental in integrating technology to enhance storytelling and consumer experiences—expertise he is expected to leverage in his new role at Penn Entertainment.
Strategic Goals and Expectations
As the incoming CTO, LaBerge will oversee the technological strategy and execution across Penn’s multifaceted portfolio. He will lead a global team of technologists and play a crucial role in the company’s Interactive division.
