Intralot Extends New Hampshire Lottery Deal to 2033
Intralot, through its U.S. arm Intralot Inc., sealed a seven-year contract extension with the New Hampshire Lottery Commission, stretching their partnership to September 2033.

A Long-Term Tech Upgrade
Kicking off in 2010, this deal brings the LotosX Omni gaming platform to the U.S. for the first time, running on cloud infrastructure for better scalability, resilience, and security.
“For more than 15 years, Intralot has been a critical partner of the New Hampshire Lottery, providing innovative solutions supporting our record growth,” said Charlie McIntyre, Executive Director of the New Hampshire Lottery.
The agreement upgrades the lottery’s tech with 1,700 PhotonX terminals, 900 Gamestation self-service units, and Dream Touch Flex vending machines.
McIntyre highlighted the boost: “As part of this renewed partnership with Intralot, we are looking forward to offering our retail network new lottery terminals, and we are pleased to be offering our players two new self-service machines, including the touch screen Dream Touch Flex vending machines.” The tech aims to drive sales, fueling the lottery’s $3 billion contribution to public education since 1964.
Powering Education Through Innovation
New Hampshire’s lottery leans hard on maximizing profits, all earmarked for schools. “Our mission in New Hampshire is to maximize net profit, all of which is earmarked for public education,” McIntyre said.
“Since 1964, we have raised nearly $3 billion for the students, teachers and schools in our state.” Intralot’s LotosX Omni, already live in Canada’s British Columbia Lottery and countries like Greece and Taiwan, integrates cutting-edge features to keep players engaged while ensuring secure operations.
Intralot’s CEO, Richard Bateson, sees the deal as a milestone. “We are delighted to be rolling out our LotosX technology with our second NASPL lottery,” he said. “In New Hampshire, we have a great partner, and we are a vendor to one of the most successful lotteries in the US.”
The cloud-based platform, paired with new terminals, should handle growing demand. New Hampshire’s lottery pulled $600 million in 2024, while keeping transactions safe and smooth.
What’s in the Tech Package
LotosX Omni’s cloud setup is a game-changer, offering flexibility and top-tier security. The 1,700 PhotonX terminals, award-winners for reliability, will modernize retail spots, while 900 self-service units, including touchscreen Dream Touch Flex machines, make buying tickets easier. “We look forward to continuing our relationship with Intralot, whose advanced technology will assist in responsibly increasing both sales and our contributions to education,” McIntyre said, eyeing the tech’s potential to boost revenue.
The platform has proven elsewhere, handling millions in bets yearly. For New Hampshire, it’s a bet on efficiency, letting players check tickets or buy scratch-offs faster. Intralot’s called it a mutual win, with Bateson adding, “We look forward to working with Executive Director McIntyre and his team to support the next chapter of the New Hampshire Lottery Commission’s success.”
