GeoComply has named Kip Levin as its new Chief Executive Officer. Levin, a seasoned leader with a proven history of scaling businesses in the digital and entertainment sectors, steps into the role at a time when the demand for secure, location-based solutions is surging.

Kip Levin – A Seasoned Industry Veteran

Kip Levin brings a resume that reads like a roadmap to growth. At FanDuel, where he held the dual roles of President and Chief Operating Officer, he helped catapult the company to the forefront of the U.S. sports betting market.

Levin, for his part, is eager to dive in. “I am incredibly excited to join GeoComply, a company with a strong reputation for innovation and a commitment to customer success,” he said. “The opportunities in this space are immense, and I look forward to working with Anna, David, and the entire GeoComply team to build on the company’s success and drive further growth for our clients.”

Kip Levin has a strong resume. He was President and COO at FanDuel. There, he helped the company lead the U.S. sports betting market. Furthermore, he worked at Flutter Entertainment for a decade. He even served as CEO of its U.S. division.

Before that, Levin ran TVG as CEO. Earlier, he spent 12 years at Ticketmaster. He rose to Senior Vice President of Digital Products. Later, he became Executive Vice President of E-Commerce at Live Nation. His work reshaped how fans access events. Thus, Levin fits GeoComply’s innovative goals.

Leadership Shuffle in GeoComply

Levin’s arrival brings changes. Anna Sainsbury is now Executive Chairman. She’ll guide the company’s vision. Meanwhile, David Briggs will focus on product development. He aims to solve clients’ challenges with new solutions.

Together, they’ll drive growth and keep GeoComply agile.

Anna Sainsbury didn’t mince words about Levin’s arrival. “We are thrilled to welcome Kip Levin to GeoComply,” she said. “His extensive experience and strategic vision are perfectly aligned with our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our customers. I am confident that under his leadership, GeoComply will continue to innovate and expand its global footprint, ensuring we remain at the forefront of geolocation security and fraud prevention.”

David Briggs rounded out the optimism. “With Kip joining us, I am eager to dedicate my full attention to driving innovation and developing groundbreaking solutions that directly address our customers’ challenges,” he said. “This is an exciting time for GeoComply, and I am confident that our combined expertise will enable us to deliver even greater value to our clients, strengthening our partnerships.”

A Trusted Name in a High-Stakes Industry

Since its launch in 2011, GeoComply has become a linchpin for online gambling operators across the United States. Its technology ensures that companies like FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM stay on the right side of state and federal regulations by verifying user locations with precision.

In an industry where compliance can make or break a business, GeoComply’s role is indispensable. It’s the silent partner that keeps the game fair and legal.

Beyond gambling, the company’s fraud prevention solutions have found footing in streaming services and financial platforms, where location data is equally critical.
