Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) has announced the appointment of Jon Russell as its newest Senior Advisor. With over 20 years of experience managing trading operations for top-tier operators, Russell is set to bring his deep expertise to IC360’s growing global presence.
A Seasoned Leader in Sports Betting
Russell’s career includes impressive roles, such as Director at Betway Group and Global Head of Trading, where he oversaw multi-jurisdictional sports trading during periods of rapid growth. His strategic approach and operational insights have earned him a reputation as a leader in the industry.

As the former Chair of the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), Russell focused on protecting sports and consumers from fraud and match manipulation. His experience spans regions like South America, Africa, and the Far East, which aligns with IC360’s plans for global expansion.

Building on Recent Milestones
Russell isn’t the only recent addition to IC360’s advisory team. In October 2024, the company welcomed David L. Rebuck, the former Director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, as a Special Advisor.
Rebuck served as New Jersey’s top gaming regulator for over a decade. He played a pivotal role in making New Jersey a leader in internet gaming and sports betting. His achievements included launching online gaming in 2013 and contributing to the 2018 Supreme Court decision that overturned PASPA, paving the way for legal sports betting nationwide.
