Sportradar and Major League Baseball (MLB) have announced an expanded collaboration aimed at transforming talent scouting for all 30 MLB clubs. Under a new multi-year agreement, MLB and its teams will gain access to advanced performance analysis through Sportradar’s Synergy Coaching and Scouting solution.

Key Highlights of the Sportradar MLB Partnership

The expanded agreement significantly increases event coverage from 3,300 to over 20,000 games, including:

  • College, international, and partner league competitions
  • Leading amateur leagues such as the MLB Draft League and Appalachian League
  • High-profile high school events for the first time

Sportradar’s Synergy Coaching and Scouting solution leverages advanced data collection and analysis technology, converting millions of video data points into actionable insights, detailed metrics, and dynamic visualizations.

Paired with Sportradar’s AI-powered sports performance technology, Synergy provides in-depth analysis of every player, play, and game situation, equipping MLB scouts and teams with the tools needed to streamline evaluation processes, enhance draft decisions, and foster the development of future MLB stars.
