22.08.2024

The Vegas Sports Information Network (VSiN) announced several leadership changes as part of its post-repurchase strategy. Miles Gwyn has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, alongside other key leadership changes.

Key Leadership Appointments

Miles Gwyn: Newly appointed as Chief Operating Officer, Gwyn has been with VSiN for the past six years, previously serving as director of broadcast operations. Gwyn has been instrumental in rebranding VSiN’s on-air graphics and played a key role in launching DraftKings’ FAST channel, DraftKings Network.

Bill Adee: A co-founder of VSiN, Adee takes over as CEO. With extensive media experience, including senior roles at the Chicago Sun-Times and Chicago Tribune, Adee has been involved with VSiN since its inception.

Brian Musburger: Founder of VSiN and nephew of legendary broadcaster Brent Musburger, Brian Musburger will serve as President and Chief Business Officer, focusing on expanding the network’s distribution and partnerships.

VSiN’s Evolution and Return to Musburger Ownership

Originally purchased by DraftKings for approximately $70 million in 2021, VSiN was repurchased by the Musburger family and other investors earlier this year for an undisclosed amount.

Brian Musburger expressed his confidence in the new leadership lineup, stating, “With Bill, Miles, and Steve in place, we’re better positioned than ever.”

With new leadership in place and a strong focus on growth, VSiN is well-positioned to further solidify its place in the sports betting media landscape. COO Miles Gwyn, reflecting on the next steps, said, “It’s energizing to be in a growth and expansion mindset,” as he takes on the challenge of leading VSiN’s operational strategies.
