Bill Belichick to Host New Football Show on Underdog Fantasy’s Media Network
Underdog Fantasy has announced the roll-out cooperation with eight-time Super Bowl Champion coach Bill Belichick. The esteemed coach will host and co-produce a new football show on the Underdog media network.
In-Depth NFL Analysis from a Coaching Legend
Set to premiere before the 2024 NFL season, the show will be available on YouTube, marking the first and only original program created and hosted by Belichick.
The new show will offer fans an unparalleled glimpse into Belichick’s coaching strategies, featuring in-depth analysis of NFL film and game situations.
“This show is going to give fans a comprehensive look at the behind-the-scenes of the National Football League: what it’s like to coach, how to prepare, how to team build, exactly the way I would do it if I was coaching a team,” said Belichick.
He emphasized the partnership with Underdog, noting their shared commitment to connecting sports with fans by providing detailed insights into decision-making processes and game schematics.
High Expectations for the New Show
Liz Marro, Chief Marketing Officer of Underdog Fantasy, expressed excitement about the collaboration, highlighting Belichick’s unmatched expertise. “It’s going to be a serious show for serious fans with the greatest mind in the history of the sport,” Marro said.
“We’ve been building out our media network – which now has the fifth-largest daily sports show – and this is going to take us to another level. We are talking about the greatest coach in the history of football, maybe any sport, he could have gone anywhere. And he chose to come here to build his signature show because he sees what other smart people see: we are doing something different and better than others. We are just getting started,” she added.
The show’s executive producer, Tim Livingston, will bring his experience in sports media production to the project. Livingston has been pivotal in the development of Underdog’s media network and has produced several high-profile projects, including Netflix’s Untold documentaries and the Whistleblower podcast.
“We are in the early stages of development, but the show is going to be the premier destination for fans who want to understand the game, broken down, pulled apart, and visually illustrated by the GOAT,” said Livingston.
