Gaming Realms Projects 18% Revenue Increase in H1

Gaming Realms has released a pre-close trading update for the half-year ending 30 June 2024. The company anticipates H1 2024 revenue to reach approximately £13.5 million, marking an 18% increase from the previous year.

Core Business Performance

Additionally, adjusted EBITDA is expected to be around £5.8 million, reflecting a 21% year-on-year growth. Excluding a £600,000 one-off brand licensing item from H1 2023, the adjusted EBITDA for H1 2024 saw an impressive increase of over 45%.

aming Realms bolstered its market presence by partnering with 22 new clients and launching 7 new Slingo games during the period.

In North America, Gaming Realms achieved significant milestones by launching its Slingo portfolio with several major operators. This includes FanDuel in Pennsylvania and Connecticut, the Atlantic Lottery Corporation in the Canadian Maritime Provinces, and Fanatics in New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

Growth in Europe

The company’s European operations also saw substantial expansion. Key launches included Slingo going live with PokerStars in Italy and Romania, DAZN in the UK and Spain, Livescore in the Netherlands, Solverde in Portugal, VirginBet in the UK, and Entain in Spain.

The strong momentum in H1 2024 has provided the Board with confidence that Gaming Realms is on track to meet its full-year targets. The company continues to focus on expanding into new markets and launching new games with existing partners.
