Aristocrat, the Australian gaming giant, has introduced a new business segment called Aristocrat Interactive.

This initiative aims to consolidate its Anaxi and NeoGames brands under one cohesive structure to enhance customer experiences and collaborate with leading gaming companies worldwide.
The launch of Aristocrat Interactive is a significant milestone in the company’s journey to become a global leader in digital gaming experiences.
According to Moti Malul, CEO of Aristocrat Interactive, the company is positioned to lead a new era of connected gaming experiences. The new segment will serve as a comprehensive hub for content, proprietary technology, and solutions for iLottery and iGaming.
Business Structure
Aristocrat Interactive is organized into five go-to-market businesses, each managed by a dedicated director:
iLottery: Led by Chris Shaban.
Content & Aggregation: Managed by Adrian Bailey.
Gaming Systems: Headed by Neil Crossan.
iGaming & Sports: Overseen by Dima Reiderman.
iGaming White-Label: Directed by Jonathan Chilton.
The integration of the Anaxi and NeoGames brands, along with the inclusion of Aspire Global, BtoBet, and Pariplay, will enable Aristocrat to offer a robust portfolio of gaming solutions.
The Interactive segment is designed to be a one-stop shop for a wide range of gaming needs, including iLottery, content aggregation, gaming systems, and white-label solutions.
