Huddle Boosts Trading Operations with Veteran Hire Tom Daniel
Huddle has announced a new addition to its team, appointing Tom Daniel as Senior Vice President of Trading. In his new role, Daniel is tasked with leading the firm’s trading operations, where he will oversee strategic initiatives and spearhead innovations.
Extensive Experience
Daniel brings a wide array of expertise to Huddle, having accumulated extensive experience in trading operations.
His previous tenure at Kambi, where he managed the network’s Risk Management solution and served as Senior VP, along with his recent role at Propus Partners, equipped him with a deep understanding of the trading landscape.
Commenting on his new role, Daniel emphasized the adaptive nature of trading operations, highlighting the importance of aligning with operators’ strategies rather than dictating them. “Trading serves as an enabling force for the broader strategic vision operators require,” he stated, underscoring the necessity for flexibility in trading operations to cater to diverse operational strategies.
Excitement for the Role
Daniel expressed his enthusiasm for his position at Huddle, particularly the opportunity to influence the development of the trading platform from the ground up. “Having the opportunity to shape the development of the trading platform from its foundational stages is truly exhilarating,” Daniel remarked.
Francesco Borgosano, CEO at Huddle, expressed confidence in Daniel’s appointment, noting his comprehensive understanding of trading fundamentals.”Trading is a pivotal function at Huddle, and I am confident that Tom will not only strengthen our capabilities but also help drive the wider organization towards our long-term vision,” Borgosano said.
