Scientific Games has been a major player for decades, but when the business restructured to focus exclusively on lotteries, McHugh was the natural choice to lead the transition. With his deep understanding of the industry’s evolution, he recognizes that the future of lotteries is not just in retail ticket sales but also in digital innovations like iLottery, mobile integration, analytics, and retail logistics. With the company’s acquisition by Brightstar Capital Partners, new opportunities lie ahead. With extensive experience in iGaming, marketing, IT, and content development, he now guides Bragg’s careful, strategic global expansion. Rather than chasing revenue at all costs, the company under his leadership prioritizes profitability and sustainable growth.
The strategy has paid off. Bragg continues to expand efficiently and effectively, focusing on key opportunities in Canada, Brazil, and the U.S. The company is establishing partnerships that bring proprietary content and localized initiatives to market. Underdog has achieved rapid user growth in just a few short years, with Levine himself describing it as potentially the “fastest-growing sports company ever.”
In today’s regulatory environment, where innovation moves quickly, Levine has kept Underdog on the front foot. The company has expanded beyond gaming into media and entertainment, producing celebrity- and analyst-driven sports content that leverages storytelling to engage fans. A recent partnership with Crypto.com added prediction markets to its portfolio, further fueling Underdog’s dynamic growth and electrifying presence under Levine’s leadership.

As a student at the University of North Carolina, he taught himself programming and began creating betting and casino comparison sites, giving him unmatched operational and technical insight. These skills allowed Gambling.com to navigate one of the toughest periods for affiliates, where many competitors struggled but the company emerged stronger.
While others face headwinds, Gambling.com continues to post record financial results, make strategic acquisitions, and diversify its portfolio to build more predictable revenue streams. Gillespie’s flexible and opportunistic approach has positioned the company to explore new horizons, including prediction markets. Rather than reacting defensively, he focuses on building long-term value — a strategy that strengthens Gambling.com’s position in an evolving industry.
- Tarek Mansour (Kalshi)
Tarek Mansour, co-founder and CEO of Kalshi, has emerged as one of the biggest disruptors in the U.S. market over the past year. With an MIT education and experience as a quant trader at Goldman Sachs and macro trader at Citadel, he brought world-class financial expertise to his boldest challenge yet: building Kalshi, a company that has captured the attention (and concern) of leading U.S. sportsbooks.
Mansour views prediction markets as unbiased, objective sources of information about the world. This vision has gained traction not only among Kalshi’s users but also with broader audiences who followed its markets during the recent U.S. presidential election cycle. The company is now pushing deeper into sports-related prediction markets, which are fast becoming central to its growth. While the road to full adoption of event contracts remains challenging, the moves of major operators toward prediction markets suggest that Mansour has planted a seed with the potential to reshape the industry.

With a strong B2B sales background, he is well-prepared for the challenges of shaping Play’n GO’s commercial strategy. He oversees the introduction of new slot mechanics, entry into newly regulated markets, commercial partnerships, and the adaptation of content offerings to diverse audiences.
The company has been steadily increasing its presence in the U.S., posting record financial results in recent months. At the same time, Olsson emphasizes that growth must be viewed with a long-term perspective, focusing on innovation, responsibility, and product differentiation. This approach underpins Play’n GO’s regulation-first strategy, distancing itself from offshore operators. So far, the results speak for themselves: the company is gaining strength across every market where it operates.
- Werner Becher (Kambi)
In 2024, Werner Becher took over as CEO of Kambi, stepping into a new challenge for which he was well prepared after years at Sportradar and Interwetten Group. His combined experience in both B2B and B2C markets gives him a unique perspective, one that has proven especially valuable for Kambi.
Successes under Becher’s leadership came quickly. He significantly improved profitability, secured key contracts, and strengthened Kambi’s high-margin product offerings. Both retail and online tribal partners have benefited from the company’s solutions, reporting solid growth. Just as important, Kambi secured approval in Nevada, gaining access to one of the most strategic markets in the U.S. — a milestone that underscores the company’s momentum under Becher’s direction.

Noifeld repositioned FanDuel Casino from being “just a cross-sell off the sportsbook” into a standalone product with its own identity, exclusive content, and a distinct player experience. He placed particular emphasis on delivering localized, state-by-state content, showing a deep understanding of player expectations. His ability to give customers exactly what they love — simple in concept but difficult in execution — has been central to FanDuel Casino’s rapid rise.
- Scot McClintic (Fanatics Betting & Gaming)
Scot McClintic serves as Chief Operating Officer at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, overseeing a wide scope of responsibilities: operations, retail, experience design, market research, strategy, product analytics, and shared product services. He joined Fanatics in 2021 after previous roles at PENN and Paysafe, bringing with him broad operational and product expertise.
McClintic has been instrumental in driving Fanatics’ rapid growth in the gaming sector. He oversaw the swift state-by-state rollout and the rebrand of PointsBet USA assets, giving Fanatics access to nearly the entire U.S. addressable market within just two years. In parallel, the company’s market share has grown steadily. He also helped expand the FanCash loyalty program, highlighting the importance of benefits like bonuses, cashback, and — uniquely for Fanatics — merchandise rewards. His work has been key to establishing Fanatics as a fast-rising force in U.S. sports betting and iGaming.
- Doug Fallon (Bragg)
Doug Fallon became Group Director of Content at Bragg in June 2021, when the company acquired Wild Streak Gaming — the premium slots studio he had founded in 2015. Since the acquisition, Fallon has overseen all content for Bragg, guiding both in-house production through Wild Streak and other Bragg Studios, as well as the integration of third-party content under the “Powered by Bragg” umbrella. Under his leadership, Bragg has significantly increased its output, expanding the number, variety, and quality of games offered. The result is a stronger, more competitive portfolio for online casino operators worldwide.

In the U.S., Relax operates under the RLX Gaming brand, steadily advancing its expansion.
Stålros is a strong advocate for innovation in jackpots, promoting more dynamic and engaging experiences such as daily jackpots and enhanced slot mechanics. This focus is reflected in flagship products like the Dream Drop Jackpot and its iterations. Beyond driving Relax’s internal studios, Stålros also supports the growth of its aggregation network, helping to strengthen not just Relax Gaming but the broader iGaming ecosystem.
