iGaming Veteran Tsachi Maimon Named New CEO of RubyPlay
The iGaming development studio RubyPlay has appointed the seasoned industry executive Tsachi Maimon as its new Chief Executive Officer. Maimon, who will officially begin his new role on October 1, 2025, is tasked with overseeing RubyPlay’s corporate strategy and guiding the company to its “next level” of growth.
A Proven Leader with a Track Record of Growth
Maimon brings nearly 20 years of senior leadership experience to RubyPlay. He is perhaps best known for his instrumental role in the evolution of the iGaming solutions provider Aspire Global, where he served as CEO.
During his tenure at Aspire, he successfully expanded the business through a series of key acquisitions, including the sportsbook provider BtoBet and the content aggregator Pariplay. These moves led to consistent year-over-year financial growth and ultimately culminated in the acquisition of Aspire Global by NeoGames in 2022.
Following that deal, Maimon became the president and head of iGaming for the newly expanded group. Most recently, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Aristocrat Interactive after that company was acquired by Aristocrat in 2024.
A New Chapter for RubyPlay
The appointment of a leader with Maimon’s pedigree is a clear signal of RubyPlay’s ambition to elevate its position in the global iGaming market. The company has already experienced a strong period of commercial growth, significantly expanding its global footprint.

RubyPlay has evolved from a simple creative supplier into a trusted partner for major Tier 1 operators, a reputation it has built on its localized approach and its ability to create bespoke content. The company further strengthened its portfolio earlier this year with the launch of a new independent games studio, Koala Games, as part of a broader diversification strategy.
Maimon’s appointment is a clear move to build on this foundation. With a seasoned and well-respected leader at the helm, RubyPlay is positioning itself to not just continue its current growth trajectory, but to become a major player on the global iGaming stage.
