The online lottery courier service TheLotter US has launched a new, redesigned website, rolling out the platform first in Minnesota and now in Arizona. The company plans to expand the upgraded site to more states. The new platform, which has received positive initial feedback, is a key part of the company’s strategy to modernize the lottery ticket purchasing process for a new generation of players.

A Courier Model for Online Play

Unlike state-run iLottery platforms, TheLotter operates as a third-party courier service. This model allows customers to place online orders for official tickets for major multi-state games like Powerball and Mega Millions, as well as local state lottery games.

Once an order is placed, TheLotter’s local agents purchase an official, physical ticket from a licensed retailer on the customer’s behalf. A scan of that ticket is then uploaded to the player’s secure online account, where it can be viewed before the draw. The company assists players in claiming their prizes and does not take any commission on winnings.

A Focus on User Experience and Performance

The new platform introduces several key upgrades designed to create a more seamless and engaging experience for users. The changes include:

  • sleek, modern design with a cleaner, more intuitive interface.
  • simplified ticket-ordering process that makes it easier for players to purchase their tickets.
  • centralized game overview page, where users can see jackpots, draw times, and results all in one place.
  • Faster performance across desktop and mobile devices, powered by new, state-of-the-art technology.
  • personalized “My Account” dashboard that provides users with easy access to their key information.

“We’re excited to offer our players a faster, more engaging experience,” said Yael Hertz, CEO of TheLotter Group. “With quicker navigation and a cleaner interface, every update is designed to help players reach their favorite games with ease and confidence.”

A Phased National Rollout

The new platform first went live in Minnesota on August 4, where the company reported that initial user feedback has been positive, particularly regarding the optimized ordering process and improved performance. The launch in Arizona marks the second phase of the national rollout.

TheLotter plans to continue expanding the upgraded platform to its other markets across the U.S. in the coming months.

“This is just the beginning,” Hertz added. “We’re committed to bringing these upgrades to all our customers across the U.S.”
