AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCS) clawed back over $74.3 million for players since its 2009 launch. The service hit a milestone in March 2025, surpassing $70 million in recovered funds, just a year after crossing $60 million.

Raking in Results

In Q1 2025 alone, AGCS recovered $2.6 million, nearly 40% of its entire 2024 haul. Daily recoveries jumped from $18,826.63 in 2024 to $28,947.66 in 2025, a 53.8% leap.

Weekly payouts averaged $124,481.73, and monthly recoveries hit $539,420.83 last year. Since starting, AGCS has tackled over 30,000 complaints from 90,000 submissions, resolving more than 23,000 cases.

Danijela Pavlovic, Customer Support Team Lead, highlighted a 28.57% spike in complaints handled in 2024, saying, “Our latest triumph of recovering $110,000 for a user is a testament to the work of the unique AGCS team, who strive to offer a dedicated and straightforward service.”

How It Works

AGCS acts as a free, impartial mediator, bridging the gap between players and online casinos listed on AskGamblers. It handles issues like payment disputes, account access, bonuses, and software glitches, but only after players try resolving things directly with the casino.

Complaints are judged on evidence, think chat logs, emails, or screenshots. Available in six languages, the service has no geographic or platform limits, making it a go-to for players globally.

Pavlovic noted, “The platform’s structure is designed to be straightforward and user-focused, reflecting a pragmatic response to long-standing industry gaps.”

One case stands out: AGCS secured $110,000 for a single player in record time, far faster than the three years initially expected. “This highlights the dedication of our team,” Pavlovic said, emphasizing their knack for speeding up resolutions.
