Lottery.com Rebrands as SEGG Media
Lottery.com Inc. unveiled its transformation into SEGG Media Corporation, aiming to pivot from its lottery roots to a global sports, entertainment, and gaming conglomerate.

A Three-Pillar Strategy for Global Reach
SEGG Media operates through three synergistic verticals: Sports.com, Entertainment, and Lottery.com. Sports.com will serve as a hub for live streaming, sim racing, eSports, and athlete-driven content, including Sports.com Studios for original programming.
The Entertainment pillar, pending the acquisition of DotCom Ventures, will feature AI-driven event streaming and platforms like Concerts.com and TicketStub.com.
Lottery.com will focus on ethical gaming, encompassing international lotteries, iGaming, sports betting, and charity initiatives like WinTogether.
A Turnaround to Triumph
Over the past 24 months, SEGG Media has stabilized its finances, appointed top-tier leadership, and secured strategic acquisitions.
The $300 million credit line bolsters its ability to acquire cash-generative assets like football clubs and race teams, enhancing value through media exposure. “This is a generational moment,” said Chairman Matthew McGahan.
“The turnaround is complete. The mission begins now.” The rebrand resolves legacy issues from Lottery.com’s 2022 operational challenges, positioning SEGG Media to rival giants, with a focus on a youthful, 60% millennial and Gen Z audience.
SEGG Media’s strategy emphasizes immersive storytelling and responsible gaming. Sports.com Studios will produce documentaries and series, while influencer campaigns and AI-driven platforms enhance fan engagement across sports, music, and fashion.
