On June 23, FanDuel celebrated the grand opening of its new headquarters in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony that drew top executives and local leaders.

A Big Move for FanDuel

The move from its decade-long home at 300 Park Avenue South to a vibrant 35,000-square-foot space on Madison Avenue underscores FanDuel’s deep ties to New York. CEO Amy Howe called it “an exciting new chapter,” telling attendees, “It feels like the first day of school.”

The relocation follows a blockbuster year for FanDuel’s parent company, Flutter Entertainment, which debuted on the NYSE in 2024. With over 800 employees in New York and a commanding lead in the state’s online betting market, FanDuel’s new digs signal its ambition to keep growing in one of the U.S.’s hottest gaming hubs.

A Star-Studded Launch

The opening drew heavy hitters, including FanDuel’s leadership team: President Christian Genetski, COO Andy Giancamilli, and casino chief Asaf Noifeld, among others.

New York State Senator Joseph Addabbo Jr., a gaming policy advocate, joined the festivities, praising FanDuel’s success: “You’ve carried the ball across the goal line.”

Addabbo, who chairs the Senate’s Racing, Gaming, and Wagering Committee, hinted at future expansion, saying iGaming in New York is “not a question of if, but when.”

The new office is a showpiece, boasting panoramic city and river views, dynamic work zones, and sports culture touches like a signed Rob Gronkowski towel from his “Kick of Destiny” stunt and seats from the old Yankee Stadium. Sharing the building with giants like IBM and Franklin Templeton, FanDuel’s space is designed to spark creativity and collaboration.
